Songfisher is a virtual music shop to offer MP3 download.
Its purpose is to support recording artists and to spread great music all over the world.
On our website, we offer songs from Ibiza-Book, Poim-Poim, Samasati, Sufi, and other songbooks for ceremony, meditation and healing music, world music, etc… If you are the artist who wish to bring love and harmony through music, Songfisher is a right choice for you.

To start, please authorize us to sell your music by agreeing the contract.
All the financial terms, copyright matters and other related conditions are defined in the contract. The contract may look simple or complicated, but there is nothing harmful or disadvantageous for artists.

Songfisher Digital Retail Sales Contract

Here is the simple explanation of the two important matters for us and for you.

The first is about copyright.
Any contents of your music including composition, lyric and album art image must be owned or controlled by you and/or have been cleared by you for all purposes and rights. If we receive any claim that your content is in violation of any third party rights, you should fully responsible for the claim.

The second is about financial agreement.
The price of each track/album should be specified by artist.
Artist will get 70% of the SALES of track/album.
If a track is sold for 1 euro, then the artist will get 70 cents.
In this way, it is simple to calculate for you and for us.
We will take care of the rest including credit card commission and tax, etc.
The yearly hosting fee 7 euro will be charged per album, which will be subtracted from the annual sales. Otherwise, there is no setup cost for artist.
The sales will be posted every six months through Paypal.

After the contract is agreed, we will send you the further instruction to upload music.
